It’s no secret that smartphones have become a major part of our lives. People are always on them, checking their email, playing games, and checking Facebook. While there’s nothing wrong with these activities per se (in moderation),

sometimes it can be nice to take a break from staring at the screen and do something else instead.

That’s why I’ve rounded up 10 fun things you can do while off your phone:

01— Go for a walk.

A walk is a great way to feel more connected with your surroundings and can help you become more aware of your body — something that’s often lost when we’re glued to our phones.

Studies have shown that walking not only helps lower stress levels but also increases levels of creativity and productivity.

And if you’re looking for an excuse to get outside, there are plenty! Walking can also be a great way to get some exercise before or after work, especially if you live in an area where it gets dark earlier than expected.
